Yes and no. We currently are only required to charge sales tax in the state of New York.

The state of New York, which is where we are located, considers SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions to be a taxable good. To comply with the state's tax code we collect sales tax from all invoices with a billing address in New York state.

Companies and individuals operating in the state of New York but with a billing address elsewhere will not be charged sales tax at this time.
